Commission Info & TOS
By requesting a commission, you confirm that you have read and agree to these following terms of service.
- You must submit your request via the request form. Submitting a request does not guarantee I will accept it. I will send you an email confirming acceptance. You must be 18+ years of age.-Turnaround time is generally 2-3 weeks, with a max wait of 1-2 months. Turnaround time may also be subject to extenuating circumstances such as my work schedule & health. If I forsee a delay, I will email you with an update.- All prices are listed in USD for personal, non-commercial artworks. They may not be used for NFTs or AI generation. You may not claim the artwork as your own creation.- You may repost the artwork, but please give me credit & a link to my Bluesky (@fatalfruitart.bsky.social) or Tumblr (fatal-fruit-art.tumblr.com).- All pricing are starting prices for a single character. Currently, I'm not offering multiple characters in a single illustration.
Payment:
- I require half the fee up front, the rest upon completion.- All payment will be taken via Paypal invoice, so you will need to provide a valid email so I can send it to you.- For colored works, I will provide you with 2 sketches before proceeding to work on the final product: an initial basic sketch to get the pose right, and a second line art sketch to verify the character details are correct. If you request changes after this, additional charges will apply. If you cancel at this stage, you are NOT allowed to take my sketch to another artist to be completed.- Backgrounds will be basic, generally either a gradient or a few basic props (moon and stars, silhouettes of trees or mountains, etc). If you have a specific request along these lines, please let me know.
What I will draw:
- Your tabletop game character, your RPG/MMO character, fan art of your favorite character, or your OC- This includes humanoid characters, anthro, nudity & mildly suggestive situations, & depictions of mild injury
What I won't draw:
- Mecha/robots, actual porn, rape, excessive gore or violence, underage characters in sexual situations- I reserve the right to deny a request if it makes me uncomfortable, or if I feel it's out of my expertise.
What I need from you:
- Character references such as screenshots, artwork, and/or a written description- I need to know what kind of pose & expression you'd like your character to have.
